Yangdong Engine Company was established in 1949 and is a China State Owned Company. The company has to largest production base of little-bore multi-cylinder diesel engines in China. Today you find Yangdong engines in farm tractors, ships, fire trucks, wood chippers and diesel standby generators. Since most diesel engines last over 10,000 hour with proper maintenance, many have no need to spend more on any other brand. This engine can last you a lifetime if your not using it 24 hours a day 7 days a week. (For those who do require more then 10,000 hours we do offer other longer lasting engines.)
Due to the popularity if this engine there are now many aftermarket parts suppliers. Aurora Generators astock most OEM parts and can ship within 24 hours. You will be pleasantly surprised that most parts cost far less then with any other brand engine.
