When a customer was prevented from installing anything outside his home, he decided to put wheels under his Aurora Standby Generator. The thinking was that the city could not stop him since it is not a permanent installation. He was right. It is considered portable and passed inspection. It ended up still sitting on a pad with grass around it, but because it can be moved, regulations preventing him from installing it no longer applied.
