The ECP32 range has many product features designed into the alternator. Self-regulation is obtained through a digital electronic regulator that is fed by an auxiliary winding. We guarantee an almost constant supply from the generator – under any possible operating condition. A rotating inductor is fitted with a damper cage. The windings have a 2/3 pitch in order to reduce the harmonic content of voltage. The entire series is manufactured according to, and complies with, the most common specifications such as CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, EN 60034-1, VDE 0530, BS 4999-5000, CAN/ CSA-C22.2 No14-95- No100-95.
Alternators are designed and produced within an ISO 9001 environment. The entire series is manufactured according to, and complies with, the most common specifications such as CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, EN 60034-1, VDE 0530, BS 4999-5000, NF 51.111, CAN/CSA-C22.2 No14-95-No100-95, NEMA MG 1-2011, ISO 8528-3. Other standards such as UL1446, UL 1004/4 and /B are available on request.
The TOUGH Series® controllers are designed to provide complete control, protection, and engine instrumentation for both standard and electronic CAN Bus engines as well as metering for generator applications.
This TG410 is a step up from the TG350 model. I has the ability to monitor and display current with optional current transformers. It also has electronic engine support for standard J1939
All modules in this series are easily configured as either engine controllers or as generator controllers using either the front panel buttons or our PC configurator software.
