When providing you with the Services, personal information we collect or have collected about you is from a variety of sources including, but not limited to, the sources as set out below and within this Privacy Policy below. The information that we collect and may use varies depending on how you interact with our Site and use our Services. For example, we collect different information if you make a purchase on the Site, than if you only visit our site. Furthermore, when you use our Services, we collect some information about you even if you do not have an account or make a purchase. Demographic Information and Personal Identifiers

Examples – Information that you may provide including, but not limited to, A family name or given name, company name, billing address or shipping address, online username or identifier, password, date of birth, email address, Social Security Number or Social Insurance Number, telephone number or mobile number, credit card information, gender, marital status, as well as your areas of interest.

Purpose – Management of data for effective communication that adheres to privacy laws, Overseeing customer transactions and account management, facilitating order processing (may include applying for financing, collecting payments, and issuing invoices), delivery of products or the Services, sending notifications for order status updates and facilitating returns, addressing inquiries related to this Privacy Policy or our Site or the Services, handling job applications, aggregating user metrics, and distributing promotional and marketing materials comprising of offers, advertisements, and any pertinent information we deem may be of interest by email, text SMS, or postal mail.

Commercial Information

Example – Transactional records, specific interests, purchase history, product or Services preferences, family or given name, addresses, and other information that may pertain to the use of Site and Services.

  • When you direct, request us, or otherwise consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties, such as to ship your products with common freight carriers or through your use of social media widgets or login integrations, with your consent.

  • With our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group, in our legitimate interests to run a successful business.

We have, or may have, in the past 12 months shared users’ basic contact details, order/account information, shopping data, and customer support information for the purposes outlined in “How we Collect and Use your Personal Information” and “How we Disclose Personal Information,” with recipients including vendors, business partners, and affiliates. Sensitive personal information has not been used or disclosed to infer characteristics about individuals.
